Exercises You Can Do In The Shower

This just in: fitness is extremely important for men. It’s one of the simplest and most effective ways to bring down blood glucose levels, cut the risk of cardiovascular disease and improve overall health so you can live a longer, better life. Unfortunately, sometimes there’s not enough time in the day to hit the gym. Instead, you can save time and laundry loads by working out in the shower.

Legs and Glutes

After invigorating yourself by breathing deeply The Musk of the Beast, commence your workout routine with squats and calf raises. These simple yet effective exercises can be done in just about any wash space and sculpt your legs and tighten your glutes. If your shower size allows, throw in a few kickbacks by leaning against the shower wall and kicking one leg back repetitively to feel an invigorating ass burn, so you know it's working.

Upper Body

Start off working your arms and shoulders with wall push-ups. Then grab your Liter Size Yawp Wash to use as dumbbells for bicep curls. (Don’t worry, you’re in the shower. No one’s there to judge you if you need to start with the new clutchable 16oz or convenient 2oz travel size instead.) You can also achieve a great upper body workout whilst getting all your frustrations out for the day by throwing punches. Unless your Bill Brasky, avoid punching your shower walls too hard, particularly if they're glass.

Strengthen your core and increase your balance with single leg stands. All you have to do is stand on one leg. You’ll achieve greater balance trying not to slip and potentially be so distracted by the energizing feeling and arousing aroma-de-beast that you’ll forget to get dressed.

Bonus: install a pull up bar in your shower. Do that and send us a pic, and we'll send you a free bottle o' beast.
